I made some pancakes when I returned home from work this evening.
I made risotto yesterday evening, it was my first time attempting this dish. I used arborio risotto rice, button mushrooms that needed using up, one red onion and one julienned courgette, a spoonful of crème fraîche and then topped off with freshly greated parmigiano reggiano. It was tasty.
